We offer wig revamp and restoration to be able to renew old wigs and refresh the old look to a new look; However a revamp is a great way to appreciate different looks and styles by reusing your previous owned wigs.
Booking this service will enable you to embraace the inner beauty of your wigs.
Conditions:
1) Must be human hair textured wig. Anything synthetic or mixed will not be allowed to receive this service.
2) It is $117/per wig—— $80/per wig under 20 wigs and over 5 wigs
3) Drop offs should be agreed between both parties BEFORE arriving at required location.
PLEASE ALLOW REVAMP TIME OF 48hrs-72hrs, this might vary depending on the waitlist
Payment:
•Cost of revamp/restoration should be paid 48—24hours prior to the time discussed with sales person unless otherwise.
• No sort of deposit or holds is permitted. Price must be paid in FULL first before given any service
Customization of wigs;
• The wig should be brought prior to the appointment. Time is discussed between parties to a have a meeting point to when that may take place.
Customizing includes styling (straightening, curling), dying, perming, plucking, baby hairs

After I've received my package?
1. Service Support—- If you have any hair concerns, please contact us right away. After 30 days of purchase we cannot do anything about the complaint of your product other than listening and understanding your concerns.
2. Prompt and effective response—- We will do all possible to assist you in resolving your issues.
3. Return policy— Return of wigs is not advised from us, but as a corporation within 3 days, we are responsible for goods that are not non-artificially damaged and sent in the wrong type, colour, or length.

Pre-Sale Policy
1. Accurate product descriptions—- We respond to all inquiries honestly and patiently.
2. Online for 24 hours—We will respond within 24 hours, allowing you more time to finish your order and understand what you are ordering.
3. Quick message responses—- We review emails and messages within two hours and respond to questions as soon as possible.
4. Considerate shipment tracking service—- As soon as the hair is shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. Once shipping is with the chosen shipping carrier it is no longer in Embraaced control on when your product arrives.
5. Biling - In-person buyers must sign an in-person buyers Form upon purchase but that is not a form of receipt. Online buyers must receive a receipt atleast within 48hours of purchase.
